Very simple to use, no need to watch the phone, just change from walking to jogging (or from strolling to brisk walking) when the phone buzzes… and then stop when it buzzes twice.
OK, maybe you’re not an athlete, but at least get off the couch and walk around the block. Feel good because you’re doing something positive for your body.
